Don't worry I'm still doing it. But here's one thing I've been working on. My buddy Will and I have got some ideas for Flash/iPhone games and that's going to require me to learn to animate. I've never been good at it, but I've also never really given it a good try. Here's a run test. My first try, and I'm decently happy with it. I've still got to get the ears, arms, and stuff going but I think this is a good start....at least for me. I've got some really good books helping with me with animation principles and tricks.
